Hajar Moshirsadri

Hajar Moshirsadri is a strategic leader, community builder, and advocate for strengthening connections across diverse communities. As a San Antonio native, she has built her career in technology through cross-functional leadership, strategic operations, partnerships, nonprofit service, and ecosystem development, focusing on creating opportunities for collaboration and impact throughout San Antonio.

Hajar is passionate about mentorship, women’s empowerment, the workforce of the future, and fostering understanding across cultures and faith traditions. Raised in a Muslim household, she values interfaith dialogue and believes in building bridges through compassion, respect, and our shared humanity. As a Board Member of Sophia’s Grove, she is honored to support the organization’s mission of cultivating peace, intercultural dialogue, and women’s leadership through wisdom-sharing, compassion, and connection across faiths and generations. 



In her free time, Hajar enjoys serving as a judge for startup pitch competitions that support emerging founders in San Antonio, hiking in nature, and traveling the world to experience different cultures, perspectives, and traditions.
